Josh grew up in Plant City, FL. After high school Josh enlisted in the Air Force as a TACP. After 4 years and 2 combat rotations as a TACP he decided to pursue a career in Special Operations . In 2005 Josh went to Combat Control selection and began the 2 year CCT pipeline. After graduating the pipeline he was assigned to his first team at the 21st Special Tactics Sq, Pope AFB, NC. After 15 years as a CCT and 9 Combat Rotations to GWOT, he retired in 2021. After retirement, he continued overseas work as a contractor before starting Alpha Resolute Group with his teammate Armando.

Armando Sanchez, a native Texan, has dedicated his life to serving his country. With an impressive career spanning over 27 years, Armando first distinguished himself through 14 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman participating in the Global War on Terror. His military tenure was marked by multiple deployments, leadership, commitment, and a steadfast dedication to the values of duty and honor.

Following his military service, Armando continued his public service, contributing 13 years to the United States Government. His extensive experience throughout the world and unwavering work ethic have made him a valuable asset in every role he has undertaken. Armando's career is a testament to his enduring dedication to his country and his community.

Dr. Sean Burkhardt

Dr. Sean Burkhardt is a leading expert in sports medicine, clinical neuroscience for performance, and strength and conditioning. Currently, he leads ARG FIT, a premier organization dedicated to training military personnel, first responders, and the general population to become more injury-resistant, resilient, and proficient.


At ARG FIT, Dr. Burkhardt leads a team of special operations veterans, strength and conditioning coaches, and sports medicine professionals. The team’s mission is to prepare individuals to meet and exceed the physical demands of their roles, whether it be passing military physical fitness tests, excelling in special operations selection programs, or enhancing injury resistance for first responders. ARG FIT leverages direct field experience to reverse-engineer strength and conditioning programs based on job-specific tasks and common injuries, to create personalized, effective training plans.


Dr. Burkhardt holds board certifications in Sports Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Functional Neurology. He is also a triple-certified National Strength and Conditioning Association Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Performance Enhancement/Corrective Exercise Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His extensive education includes advanced studies in clinical neuroscience, concussion management, neurochemistry, nutrition, and neurological rehabilitation, equipping him with the knowledge to perform precise assessments and diagnoses, and applying integrative approaches that address the multifaceted systems influencing health and performance.


With a distinguished career history working with the United States Army Special Forces and with First Responders, Dr. Burkhardt has unparalleled experience. His work within these demanding environments gives him unique insights into the specific needs of these professions, allowing ARG FIT to offer tailored programming that delivers real-world results.
